We will call or text you when your order is ready for pickup.
Pick up is available by appointment only

We highly recommend pick up - as you can ensure the order does not risk getting damaged during delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy

We will only replace items if it arrives broken or damaged.
If any part of your order arrives broken or damaged, please email clear photos of the damage to christinajobcarneiro@hotmail.com.

We offer a 2 day refund policy if the product you have received is broken or damaged. Items must be returned within 2 days of your receipt of your order, in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order prior to despatch, or prior to any personalisation having been completed, please call us on 0423455538 or via email at christinajobcarneiro@hotmail.com and where possible we will cancel your order.
